Primary Outcome LLC is a professional services company based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. We operate two complementary practices: a life sciences consulting practice serving biotech and healthcare organizations, and a software development practice that designs and operates software platforms and consumer applications.

Life Sciences Consulting

Advisory services in translational research, oncology, molecular diagnostics, and clinical development strategy. We have served biotech and healthcare clients since 2020, supporting scientific and strategic decisions across the research and development lifecycle.

Software Development & Services

Design, development, and operation of software platforms and consumer applications, including mobile apps and managed platform services. We build and run software on behalf of our clients and for our own platforms, and provide ongoing operational and support services.
