These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, software platforms, applications, and services provided by Primary Outcome LLC ("Primary Outcome," "we," "us," or "our"). Primary Outcome provides life sciences consulting and software development and services, including the design, development, and operation of software platforms and applications. Specific services may be governed by separate written agreements, which control in the event of a conflict with these Terms.

All content, software, and materials made available through our services, including text, graphics, logos, and source code, are the property of Primary Outcome or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Messages are transactional and operational notifications related to accounts and services on software platforms operated by Primary Outcome LLC.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help, or contact support@primaryoutcome.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

6. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Information provided through our consulting services is for professional and informational purposes and does not constitute medical, legal, or investment advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
